Refund Policy – Shotokann

Thank you for shopping at Shotokann!

We value our customers and strive to offer the best products and service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To qualify for a refund or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-refundable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Certain personal care and perishable goods.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at service@shotokann.com. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back for exchange.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items or items purchased at a discounted rate are not eligible for returns.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at service@shotokann.com.

Shipping Returns

Before returning any item, please contact us at service@shotokann.com for return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
